Excellent location at the top of Edgware Road. Edgware itself is a bustling commercial street, mostly Middle Eastern restaurants and businesses, so if you like Middle Eastern food, you're in the right place. The street itself is the dividing line between posh Marylebone to the east and Paddington to the west, with lots of ethnic restaurants of all sorts nearby. And just to the north you're in Little Venice, with its charming canal, and Maida Vale, another pleasant residential area. If you're a walker it's also an easy walk just beyond Paddington to Bayswater and Notting Hill, both with many good restaurants. You also have easy quick access to almost anywhere you'd want to be in London from the Edgware Road tube stations (two close to each other), with multiple lines, so you can get many places without a transfer. Management and staff were very cordial. The day I checked in I had some issues figuring out how some things in the room worked, and someone was at my door literally within seconds of the call to the desk ending! Bed was comfortable, and room while not large, was ample enough by London standards. Hot water and heat were excellent, but the duvets were so warm I had the heat off at night for a mid-November stay. The windows provide excellent insulation against both cold and noise. Some reviewers have said that rooms facing Edgware can be a bit noisy, but I had a room facing the side street, Frampton Road, and had absolutely no street noise. I saw that one reviewer warned the area can be dicey at night. Nothing could be further from the truth. I suspect the reviewer just has had too little experience around brown-skinned people. As with any hotel, room prices can vary by demand. I got a great rate when they were running a sale on Booking. At full rack rate I might have looked elsewhere, but at about 35% off, it was a no-brainer.

The cental location was the best. We could move easily to hop on hop off bus tour from Mable Arch and also St. Pancras station was 15-20 min away and it helped using Eurostar to go to Paris and come back late without any worries. Also, we very much liked the English continental breakfast from 7am, so for sightseeing London tour we could set off early. In all the staff was more than cooperative, with special mention of Nuri who was very kind,,,, cooperative and very helpful ( arranged for charger in time of need, when ours had a problem and helped in arranging early morning cab to St. Pancras) In all kudos to all staff who were all very pleasant and joy to interact with. Love to visit you again in London Thanks and warm regards, Krishnan

The hotel staff was very kind and although the neighbourhood made us a little worried about safety there were absolutely no problems throughout the week. The room had basic things - a kettle, tea/coffee, safe, tv and it was regurarly cleaned. The bed was very comfy but a little too short for us tall scandinavians. Breakfast was nothing too special but had all the neccessary things. We loved that the bus stop was right across the road and the metro only about a 5min walk. So it was fairly easy going anywhere we wanted. The breakfast was optional every day (10£ per person). Would reccomend it to anyone who doesn't want to pay too much but still wants a fairly good place to stay.

Great location with easy and fast access to London city centre. The staff was very friendly and the room was beautifully furnished, it is either brand new or newly updated. It was a good size (not overly spacious but still very comfortable), had sockets near the bed, tea and coffee in the room. Everything was really clean apart from one thing (see negatives). On the 4th floor there was no noticeable noise from the streets. There are lots of shops and restaurants around on Edgeware Road, and while the walk from the tube station is not the fanciest, the immediate area further on from the hotel is quite posh.

The hotel is really pretty, also the breakfast area and the rooms. I stayed for 4 days (3 nights) and I had a wonderful time. Me and my boyfriend have appreciated particularly the comfort of our bed and the great position: the nearest station is Edgware Road (you have two stations with different lines, so that’s very convenient) and it is close to the most popular attractions and neighbourhoods of the city. The staff is really kind and helpful. I really suggest you this hotel!🇬🇧❤️
