Comfort Inn Edgware Road W2

Upon arrival the staff were very polite. Check in was fast, they do check I.D. On entry to the bedroom 1 times double bed and 1 single they are comfortable they come with 1 pillow each but spare pillows on the cupboardif needed and the bed covers are good quality, it was spacious and clean. They do have a flat screen t.v (not smart but we didnt book in for a smart t.v). The lights are activated by your card but if you do remove the card from the power supply it will stop the electricity after a few minutes so leave it in if you have people in the room. Staff do clean the rooms but items were not removed from the room they were placed back to where they were left so they are honest and that itself makes you feel at home. Breakfast included a variety of breakfast items, cereal, toast, croissants, fruit, yoghurt, boiled eggs, cheese, a juice machine for fresh juice and a coffee machine what give you options on different hot drinks and also sealed tea bags so you can pick what cup of tea you want (fruit flavoured also). With the Inn on a busy street (you are provided a pair of ear plugs) but with how busy the roads were I was not disturbed by any noise at all and the ear plugs were not used. The room is warm to where the temperature was 0°c outside we needed air con to cool the room down so it is a warm Inn. There is a lift what will accommodate 1 wheelchair only or a pram with another person if needed. The staff will let you leave pram/wheelchair in the dining area if you want. Staff at on desk 24/7. For a stay for 1 adult a 15 year old and 3 year old we really enjoyed our stay, we did have family members what also had another room which we got rooms next door what was a bonus. The price including breakfast on the time of our stay was great price and it was worth it. Myself and my sister have said we would stay here again. Thank you for having us especially at a last minute book.

The neighbourhood was very lively but there wasn't much to do besides grab some food. Luckily the hotel was located just 5 minutes away from the train station. So it was easy to get around the city. The room was pleasant. Not a lot of noise from the outside, and I could prepare my own tea, which is always nice.

The room was cleaned on daily basis and had everything needed. There was a basic breakfast included, which gave us a good start of the day and some energy to explore the city. The staff was very responsive and friendly. Near the property there are a lot of Turkish restaurants and fast foods, an Aldi market store, bus station and underground,etc.

I have stayed at this location on a number of occasions and always find the staff friendly and helpful. Having breakfast included is a great way to start the day and again the staff in the dining area have always been friendly. The rooms are clean and I like having the tea/coffee making facility. The location is perfect being relatively close to a tube station. I always feel comfortable, safe and secure which is so important as a lone traveller.

The reception staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel was clean in all areas including reception, the breakfast room and the room itself. The room was spacious. The facilities in the room were just what we needed. The soap and shower gel dispensers were full and smelled nice. Even the toilet roll was folded into a little triangle! The complimentary breakfast was also nice. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. In summary, basic but brilliant!
